The Seminar on HACCP Training for food business operators was organized by the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the support of the DIHK-ABC Project. It was a 2- day seminar and was carried out by Dr. Mina Barova with the assistance of Eng. Dobrina Marcheva, experts from R&R Balkan – a Bulgarian consultancy company in HACCP. The 26 participants in total were food business operators, public service staff and consultants. The main objective of the seminar was to inform the participants about the HACCP regulations and requirements for food business operators dealing with food of animal origin and food of non-animal origin.
