(SRB) Bulgarian owner takes over Glass Factory Paracin -
Details : The buyer of the Serbian Glass Factory in Paracin (www.serbianglass.co.yu) is the Bulgarian company "Rubin" (www.rubin-glass.com), from Pleven, and it will officially take over that factory on Feb. 16th, the President of that company's Union "Nezavisnost" (Independence), Borivoje Jevtic, announced. He said that the factory will be purchased since the new owner provided a bank guarantee of €25 mn and fulfilled the condition to allow 90% of workers to sign the out-of-court settlement of outstanding debts.
